Teachers

Our studio is in beautiful Wimberley, Texas. People love to come here to get away from the city and enjoy the Blanco River. Then, if they are lucky, they retire, here.

Sarah, the owner, has a background in getting people out of pain and avoiding surgery through exercise using the Egoscue Method. Our studio caters to the retired, and our teachers all offer a little something different. They will keep you on your toes!

Don’t let her tattoos fool you! She is a marshmallow, and people especially enjoy her soothing voice. She emphasizes the students about caring for themselves and others. She is a full-time yoga teacher.

Vera

Vera

Vera is a soft spoken teacher but has been nicknamed by her student's as "The Velvet Hammer". She teaches a blended class drawing on her training for Seniors and her passion for Kundalini Yoga. She also draws upon the Egoscue Method (using posture correction to relieve pain and balance muscular systems) for many of her sequences. Her classes often focus on breath awareness and anchoring the mind to the breath while practicing. You can expect to work a bit harder than you anticipated and feel an overall complete body workout after class.
